Krane Seeding

Krane Rated events only.

In forms and weapons the last 4 spots go to KRANE rated competitors. 

 In fighting, there are 4 seeds.

Krane/Naska Seeding

 Krane Rated events with co-rating of Naska  AA & down. 

In form and weapons the last 4 spots go to KRANE rated competitors. The # 5 and #6 seeds go to NASKA rated competitors. Never more than 2 NASKA seeds in form or weapons. Hence, if there are only 3 KRANE seeds (#1,2 and 3), you add 2(not 3) NASKA seeds.

 In fighting, since there can be only 4 seeds, KRANE competitors get all 4 seeds (#1,2,3,4). In the event that there are less than 4 KRANE seeds, NASKA seeds will get the remaining slots (must add up to 4 seeds total).

Naska/Krane Seeding

Naska Rated events AAA & up – with any Krane rating in New England, New York & Canada Only.

In form and weapons the last 4 spots go to Naska rated competitors. The # 5 and #6 seeds go to Krane rated competitors. Never more than 2 Krane seeds in form or weapons. Hence, if there are only 3 Naska seeds (#1,2 and 3), you add 2(not 3) Krane seeds.

 In fighting, since there can be only 4 seeds, Naska competitors get all 4 seeds (#1,2,3,4).   In the event that there are less than 4 Naska seeds, Krane seeds will get the remaining slots (must add up to 4 seeds total)

 For NASKA AA Rated events and below, the NASKA seeds are selected from the most current NASKA NATIONAL Ratings. For the NASKA AAA Rated events and above, the NASKA seeds are selected from the most current NASKA WORLD Ratings.

 Seeding is for competitors in Black Belt divisions only in all events.
